There are so many athletes and sportsmen all around the world, but only a minority of them  wins gold medals.This is also another reason to follow the minority.Those champions must have done something that the majority of athletes were not willing to do.

Human beings are extraordinary

Most human beings can do 12 different things in less than 4 seconds
-Use two eyes to see
-Use two ears to listen
-Use lips,tongue and teeth to speak
-Use two hands to touch
-Use two feet to walk
-Use the brain to think

Now, it is really surprising to hear people say: '' I do not have time to........''

Four universal needs

Every human beings needs  4 things in order to be happy everyday:
1-Assurance ( this includes food,shelter and clothes)
2-Knowledge ( or information)
3-Variety ( of activity or experiences)
4-Relationships ( friendship or love)
